Recipe for Japanese Cucumber - Kani Salad




Perfect for people who are on low fat diet, just replace the Japanese mayonnaise with something else, like vinegar.

Ingredients:
1 medium sized cucumber
1-2 leaves of lettuce
Salmon Roe (Salmon / Fish Eggs)
2 Crab/Kani sticks
Japanese Mayonnaise

Put all ingredients in a bowl and that's it! Eat with chopsticks for that authentic Japanese-feel. Enjoy!
