Written an performed by a Pinoy stand up comic based in the US, this satirical comedy, poking fun at American cartoon culture and has irritated rather than tickled the funny bones of some Filipinos who complain that it ridicules the plight of Filipinos working abroad. Navarrete defends his script. “Our struggles become our comedy,” he says.
