I watched this interview of Charice Pempengco on TV earlier (Boy and Kris, ABS-CBN) and it's true, Ellen Degeneres called her on the phone for a short interview! Wow! That's really something to be proud of. She first got a call from the staff and then later on, she got another one, this time, from Ellen personally. Details weren't disclosed.

Hello, ABS-CBN, Star Records and Charice's manager, opportunity knocks but once. I think Charice is worth every dime and investment and she deserve to be in that show. Do something about it! ASAP. Strike while the iron is hot. It doesn't happen all the time, not everyone of us are given a chance like this, so please, do everything in your power to have her guest on Ellen.
