Have fun in Spain

I have always been fascinated with History, Humanities and Arts from a very early age. I love reading historical fiction, history books and I'm an avid fan of National Geographic's Historical episodes. I just love everything about it. I am amazed by seeing what light the past can shed on the present. I love studying World History especially the Ancient, Renaissance and Medieval times. And because I love History, I would love to travel countries that are rich in History and culture like Spain!

Living in a country that has a strong Hispanic cultural base - use of Spanish names and surnames, the Catholic religion, festivities, language, literature, music and cooking - has made me even more interested in visiting Spain someday. Its history is reflected in its prehistoric paintings, monuments, palaces, crumbling castles, Roman ruins, cathedrals and many distinctive modern architecture. There are a lot of interesting place to visit. The place is more than just bull fighting and flamenco dancers. If you love museums, Seville has over 3,000 years of history and is literally a living museum. They have the largest gothic cathedral in the world.

If you are a laidback vacationer, the scenery in Granada province is a must see! You can try beach bumming and enjoy all water sports at Costa Tropical that offers golden sand beaches and sheltered coves.

This city has been voted the most beautiful city to visit by many tourists. Within the town lie so many places of interest. You can also visit Fuente de Piedra Natural Reserve during spring or summer to see the unforgettable sight of thousands of flamingos on the lake. They call it pink lagoon, because of the pink colour created by the flocks of flamingos.

And if you want to experience medieval fortress, elegant mansions and several fascinating museums, check out the Malaga province. There are a lot of historic villages around the town such as Villanueva del Rosario, Villanueva del Trabuco, Mollina, Alameda and Villanueva de Tapia.

Whether you are an adventure seeker, history buff, laid back vacationer, and the art connoisseur, visiting Spain would be an ultimate trip. Accommodations are widely available at Seville Hotels, Granada Hotels and Malaga Hotels.

So if you want a travel experience like no other, try spending Holidays in Spain. Be it a week-long getaway or short holiday trip, the tourism they offer is one of a kind! Have fun!
